Most of the process is very straightforward and self-explanatory but please note that the online booking procedure is most suited for booking your regular examinations.
In case of an emergency you would benefit from ringing us so that we can assess what length of appointment you are likely to need.
If you have been emailed a link to book planned treatment, you must use that link as it will have all the required information embedded and will result in the correct appointment length.
The most often made booking errors are failing to select ‘New’ or ‘Existing’ patient of the practice correctly and not entering your details exactly as registered with us. If for example you enter yourself as ‘Rob’ yet we have you registered as ‘Robert’, our system will enter you as a new patient.
You will still be able to book your appointment but as an existing patient you may receive an email as if you are new to the practice.
We can tidy things up from our end afterwards so do not worry if you have not done it correctly.
